I generally do not go out of my way to piss people off.
I'm generally just trying to live my life, and I understand that unwittingly, something I say or do might not go over well. I want to know about this sort of stuff, and I'm generally pretty receptive. Please, find some way of making me aware. If not in person, via email, or even through a third person. Because, if you do not make any effort to make me aware that there is an issue, then sorry, I can't really help you. I can not fix that which I don't know about. The 'store it up, carry it around, and then dump it on the other person' style of dealing with shit does not go over well with me. I'd be a hypocrite if I tried to assert that I never do this myself. Unfortunately, it's a trap we all fall into from time to time. It's still not a good thing, and I try to avoid this trap like nobodies business. If you really want to get along well with me, I expect you to try to avoid it as well. Interpersonal issues can be painful enough. In general, I think it's best to try and deal with things head on. In a nutshell, it's all about attempting to not let small problems turn into BIG problems.
